Storage location cannot be found in sales order

Based on shipping conditions, plant and shipping point the system should find storage location for the sales order.

How can we get the storage location automatically filled in sales order?

In S/4HANA Cloud it is not possible to determine the storage location automatically. 

In OnPrem this can be done, only through the implementation of a userexit - This same userexit is not exposed within the cloud solution.
