Sales order item contains a confirmed quantity and has an Embargo assigned

The expectation is, if a sales order item has an embargo block the confirmed quantity will be removed.

As per the configuration step: 101138 - Switch Off Subsequent Functions (Finance, International Trade, General Settings).

When an embargo status is blocked or pending; Purchase Req, Production Order, Output - these functions are no longer carried out. The block does not impact the confirmed quantity for a TAN item with a schedule line category CV for example as this item does not get its confirmed quantity from a PR or PO document.
