Transfer order UB - Missing client but it does exist

Hi,

I'm facing a problem when I make a transfer order with conditions (S4 HANA CLOUD PUBLIC). Everything in the configuration is set and I proceed with the proces

In customizing I create the transfer order (app ME21N) and I'm able to finish the process. But when I try in the QM tenant (test) with the same client's ID I get these errors:

Not possible to determine shipping data for material XXX

Please maintain sales org./division/distr. channel in supplying plant XXX

Customer  does not exist (please change entry in plant XXX)

The customer master and the material master are OK, they have all the information. I think the error is because theres no transport order for the activity 101926 Define Shipping Data for Plants. In this activity I set the customer 9 and this customer is in both systems, with the exact same information.

What can I do to solve this problem?

Hi!

Theres no transport order, I found out you have to log into the system, go to the app 'Implementation Activities' and set the customer there.
