Hi!

After I have created an activity type and activities, I cannot create emissions on those activities.
I have data loaded for all months of 2023. However, I get an error message on "Collect Emission Data" when I select any period. Why?

Hi Lucia, 

this message can occur when no valid activities are available from the Emission Inventory app. But once the user created activities, this error should not come. You mentioned that you already created the activities. In this case, please create a case via Service Now for component SUS-SCT to have this investigated by development team. Thank you.
