As promised the most recent Sydney Stammtisch was at a new venue, The Orient Hotel in The Rocks
I thought it worked well. It was pleasant to be on the terrace, easy to get served at the adjacent bar and it was easy to chat because the music wasn't too loud
But what do you think? If you came along let us know in the comments if we should pick this venue again in future
I found the evening quite relaxing because we had a good turnout almost right from the start. We had quite a few regulars (where would we be without them?) but also some new faces, which is terrific. I didn't really get to chat to everyone as much as I would have liked, but then there is always next time...
..likely that will be in May, after the next school hols. Add a comment below if you have venue suggestion for the next event
