This very useful and contains handy information regarding SAP Extension Suite Certification. I am able to clear my certification by following  this blog.

Also I need to admit that the SAP Learning Journey you referred in this  is awesome and it acted as a catalyst in clearing my Certification.

 

I have few queries from my end.

1. What is the validity of this C_CPE_13 Certification?


2. I am interested to clear a certification regarding SAP CAPM--> Can you suggest me the correct certification which I need to choose?(I am a bit confused here).If possible mention any learning path associated with it.


3. Also I am confused in choosing Fiori Certification(C_FIORIDEV_21 or C_FIORIDEV_22).Can  you tell me the difference between these 2and suggest any learning path for the same?

Hi Partha,

Good question. For the most recent certifications the validity is now on Credly (but this is not (yet) the case for the extension suite).

As you can see, SAP is quite generous concerning validity: 5 years is common. This would be my expectation for C_CPE_13.

There is a page on the SAP Training portal which lists "valid" certifications but this concerns certification which are currently active, i.e. you can schedule an exam.

When the certification is not listed, this does not mean it has expired.

There is no certification for the SAP Cloud Application Progamming model (CAP) as such, but the Extension Suite comes close. A lot of topic areas concern  CAP.

FIORIDEV_21 and 22 (and 23) are very similar. Some questions will have been retired and new ones added. Concerns the annual update of the exam.

Same learning path. Best to take the most recent as this will be valid longer.

What is the difference between the C_CPE13 and C_CPE_14 exams?

Hi Carlos,

CPE 14 is the latest edition. There will have been questions added and removed compared to the previous edition.

Note that the name has changed from SAP Extension Suite to SAP BTP Extension Developer as the SAP Extension Suite portfolio brand is no longer being used.

The Learning continues on BTP (to-date I have 3 BTP specific certifications and am on-track with my goals)
