During the first virtual SAP TechEd in 2020 we've provided the TechEd participants with hands-on workshops. This format was also very popular at the physical SAP TechEd events. In 2020 the available slots where filled within a couple of hours. You've told us that you'd like to get better ways to get hands-on experience for a virtual setup.
In 2021, we are trying out something new at SAP TechEd. We will be introducing a new session type for hands-on workshops with UNLIMITED SEATS.
You can see it in the TechEd session catalog where you see the hands-on workshops with limited seats as well as the new unlimited seats format :
Workshop with unlimited seats
These workshops can be booked liked any other lecture or breakout session at SAP TechEd. You can add workshops with unlimited seats into your session schedule and join at the time of the session.
Those who where not able to prepare for the workshop with unlimited seats or want to run through the exercises at a later point in time, can lean back and watch the instructor going through the exercises.
Those who want to follow the instructor can prepare by following the pre-requisites described in the session abstract.
Participants can raise questions via the chat tool and moderators respond to questions directly or bring up important questions to the workshop instructor during the session.
In any case: all TechEd participants can un through the exercises also after the session took place. All workshop sessions are recorded and will be available a couple of weeks after SAP TechEd. In addition all the code and exercise details will be available on Github and just one clone command away.
Session recordings can be re-played by anyone also after TechEd via the SAP TechEd webpage. You just have to sign-up for free for SAP TechEd.

- book the session
- join the session an enjoy 🙂
