B.O. CMS : Is there a way to add logs when starting the CMS?

Hi all, we have a recurrent problem of CMS in SAP BusinessObjects - Web Intelligence (WebI)  not working on port 6400 but none of the obvious answers (DB is up , everything is started except the CM
SIA_..._trace.00001.glf log says :
 |Error|||||||||||||||||||com.businessobjects.cad.log||No local CMSs were found with autoboot enabled.
|Fatal| | | |SIA_|||com.businessobjects.cad.syslog||Server Intelligence Agent : aucune connexion na pu être établie avec un CMS et aucun CMS local nest disponible pour le démarrage automatique.

but I have no cms_.. log to explain why it is not starting.

Try setting the trace level to HIGH for the CMS when it is running so next time it trys to start and fails you should have more information in the logs which MIGHT be helpful.

Search the Knowledge Base for tracing for the Server Intelligence Agent. I can't remember what the settings are from memory.
