Hi,
We are using screen personas 3.0 SP 15. We have all the Labels text left aligned. We can see that when we access the transactions in SAP and using personas webgui. But when we access the same transactions using slipstream we see all the Labels are right aligned.
We want the text-alignment should look same (left-aligned) in slip stream also.
We did not upgrade any service pack in SAP. The only difference is just in the URL (”/personas/” to ”/se/m/”)
We also looked into personas theme editor. The options are very limited there to change the look and feel. We do not find any option for changing ”text-align” or adding a custom css style to a custom theme.
screen personas: <host>:<port>/sap/bc/personas/index.html?sap-client=003
Slipstream : <host>:<port>/sap/bc/se/m/index.html?sap-client=003
Please let me know if anyone has faced similar issue before. Thanks for the Help !
The difference is due to the theme used by Slipstream Engine.
Your Personas screen shot is taken with Blue Crystal, and this is the default label behavior in that theme. Slipstream only supports more modern themes like Belize, Quartz, Horizon etc., not Blue Crystal and the default in those themes is right-aligned labels.
If you want to change this, you can do it using a flavor, but since Personas themes currently do not support label alignment, you need to do it by multi-selecting those labels and applying this change at the individual control level.
I guess it would make sense to add this to the available properties for labels in Personas themes, to make such a change more convenient. After all, most other formatting options are possible with a theme, so it seems reasonable to have this as well.
