Conditional formatting in multidimensional data grid apps

Dear experts, 

i am wondering if it is possible to color-format cells in a multidimensional data grid app based on a certain condition (e.g. if value > 0, color red).

Here a screenshot of my report: 

as described above, I would like the column "No. Rem./Expediters" to trun red if the value greater than 0. 

I would kindly appreciate if you could point me to the right documentation or have a hint on how to achieve this.
