Could not subscribe to launchpad in BTP

Hello!

I get this error when I try to subscribe Launchpad Service in BTP, I'm working on a trial account/Cloud Foundry/US

"Couldn't subscribe to Launchpad Service. Try again. If the problem persists, please post a question to SAP Community."

I read similar question and I try some suggestion but none worked for me:

1.- Reset and subscribe again.

2.- Reset wait and subscribe again.

3.- Reset, delete entitlement, add plans again, and subrscribe again.

Please your help, I read about someone delete his trial account, try again and works, but I think that is a extreme solution.

hi,

no need to take extreme actions like deleting the account

i wasnt able to reproduce the issue now on US Trial
please try again and anyway, please confirm this is the US trial and share your subaccount tenant ID so i can investigate this anyway

Global Account/Sub Domain: 9824c55etrial ID: 7b432494-7b06-44fb-a677-1b1154ec7295

i have the same issue on DE Trial.

Hi Run and Marius!

I don't know what's happend, but I really aprecciate your answers, and checks.. This morning, I get Server Error 500 (panic!) accesing to my trial account, but then, I access normally, try subscribe Launchpad Service and it works fine!

Hi there, I am getting the same error in EU10 region 😞 I can reproduce the error with both of my trial-accounts.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi,

here we cannot access on our site and it's not a trial subdomain.
Subdomain: t347h496gnjtvj1k ID: f3929e27-27fc-4c9a-9d9c-0680619aa588
When we try to log on it, after some seconds, this message appears

We cannot create anything else.

Is it a service's general problem?
