create MOU to create RFC

I have two separate tables one is the header data table and the second one is an item data table for both tables I have to create RFC to create MOU and data to corresponding tables. is there anyone who has an idea about how can we create RFC and MOU?

I'm not sure, what you mean by "create RFC". RFC is the name of a communication protocol (like HTTP or FTP), and that cannot be "created". I assume, you want to create a "remote-enabled function module" (RFM), which can then be called via the RFC protocol?

In that case just go to transaction SE37, create a function module according to your needs, and in the end activate the flag "Remote Enabled Module" in the attributes tab of the function module.

Thank you for your reasponse. Ihave created that RFM but after that i need help to how we can create MOU for that RFM.

Unfortunately no idea about that one. What exactly does "MOU" stand for?
