Data action is taking long to execute

Hi, I just had a question on how I can make my data action execute faster. 

As you can see my data actions are taking abnormally long and my data action is just a simple copy step and a advanced formula step that simply has a delete attached to it. 

Is there any way to speed up the process and make it run faster?

In Both Copy and Delete step, you should narrow down the scope to exactly the data you want to copy and delete by defining MEMBERSET for each dimension. Writing an open ended logic will force system to query too much records. Either use the graphical view to set the filters or script view and write MEMBERSET.
