You can follow the below tutorial for Mobile Service enabling, anyways yours in enabled & also the details are new as you can see the date in the below tutorial. You can close your browser & retry

Well coming back to the actual technical point,
Since its a trial service, so there is no direct support from SAP for this scenarios. I also tried by writing mails. So generally, what I do is create another Sub-account or delete the sub-account & also delete from https://register.sapdevcenter.com/SUPSignForms/ & then recreate. Although this process has a negativity that I have to redo my work, so generally, which ever WorkFlow Projects I create in WEB IDE, I also take export after Saving the Contents such scenarios
As I mentioned, you can go by the tutorials in https://developers.sap.com to enable once again.
I think when you are copying the url & pasting the URL opens & it never deactivates. As our target is to Deactivate the Mobile Service & Enable it once again as per your Initial post
With the URL from openSAP, its possible that you were redirecting to old ES4 system instead of current ES5, which actually should not happen anymore in case you have started using the Cloud Trail service recently only
