display lines items in table with out grid in adobe form

Hi Team

I need to print payment details from ITAB field and display in a table (box) with out grid , how can i achieve this? please see the sample pic below. my ITAB field have 10 records. ( each record have row as shown in below output).

i also verified the border option , my requirement is to have outline borders with out inside grid lines.

Resolved myself. created another table with out borders inside a table cell.
