Entity for MAKT in standard model MM

Hello,

I am trying to find entity for MAKT to store multiple language text. Language dependent text is already checked in configuration for entity MATERIAL. As per the mapping documentation available in this link - https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SAPMDM/Documentation%3A+Material+Data it should be MATERIAL_txt but this entity is not available.

Where can I find this entity? Also how can we update data if the entity is not visible.

Hi kuntal.nandi ,

the multi-language text is defined as part of the properties of the entity type MATERIAL, not as a separate entity.

Thank you for your response. I am aware about this and already same configuration is there. But my point is on the documentation which SAP has provided. If you check this OSS - https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3134600 this has an attachment and for MAKT it has mentioned MATERIAL_txt. This is what has created my confusion.

This MATERIAL_txt entity is also given in the OSS note - 3134600 - MDG-M: Supported fields in Data Model MM - SAP ONE Support Launchpad But I am still struggling to understand why in documentation this has given as Entity. In SAP Entity field is 9 Char, MATERIAL_txt is more than 9 Char. If anyone can give some information in this regard that will be very helpful
