we want to use use an API Customer Return (A2X) | SAP Help Portal in our S/4 Hana System. We want to use the Entity "Item Text". The Problem is, that our S/4 Release Version is 2020 and the Entity "Item Text" is only available from Version 2021 on. The company currently doesn't want to upgrade the S/4 Release. Does anyone know a solution to make use of the Entity "Item Text"?
