Error when creating a site using the Launchpad Service

Hello,

Whenever I try to create a new site the following error appears. Retrying also gives the same response. After closing and refreshing the page, the site appears in the directory, but when I try to access it the site is not found.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I have tried it this morning and it appears to work now. I deleted the sites and recreated one of them again. This time around I was able to access the launchpad service and see the tiles appear there.
