Filter by Measure Value in SAC Story to Suppress Null by Member

Hi experts,

I would like to suppress null of a certain member of measure.

For example, as shown in the figure, I would like to achieve something similar to a 'null suppression' for "Base Quantity" measure in the rectangle. 

So far, I have tried to use null suppression for the widget, and there seems to be no measure filter in the story filter.

Please advise if there is anything else that I can try to achieve my expected report result.
