How is everyone else's HANA Database Explorer doing?
Mine gets a bit twitchy around here:
The database explorer cannot be used until it has re-connected.

I',m currently using SAP Web IDE personal edition downloaded from https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/#sapui5. I tried to download and install both productive and non-productive versions. I also looked for Preferences section from Settings icon to enable Database Explorer but it is still missing. Is there any missing config we need to perform or file we need to install in order to enable database explorer?

Thank you for picking up the issue. That was intermittent and could be just a bad connection. A related problem, if you are still interested, is that my explorer seems to be pointing to some old database connection, which is preventing any new connections from showing up in the upper left corner and it just simply sits there after refreshing, etc, clocking:
If I try re-adding the connection it tells me it's a duplicate:
