Is It possible create new rows or edit rows in OVS with advancelistpane?
Is it possible add a Modal Dialog in OVS?
I tried to add a modal dialog but the control is not showing.

OVSs are meant to let you select from existing data. Trying to create entries inline sounds like a fair bit of effort, if it's even possible --- even the standard SAP ones have a 'New' button next to the OVS which takes you to a different screen.
