How is the SAP Conversation AI related to the Enterprise Chatbot?

Hello there,

As a part of the Central Product Management team at CX, I also wanted to understand how the SAP Conversational AI chatbot is related to the Enterprise Chatbot? Are these 2 separate products? or Conversational AI is a front-end for the Enterprise Chatbot?

Any help on this regard would be much appreciated.

Hello Sanchit,

I think you are referring to something different, and we have to sort out:

• SAP Conversational AI as the Chatbot Platform: SAP Conversational AI comes as platform in two flavors: the Community Edition and the Enterprise Edition. This describes Sebastiens Blog Post CAI Community vs Enterprise Edition.
• The SAP Enterprise Chatbot (SKU 8007114), the SaaS application on top of CAI and BTP. A comparison can be found in this document on JAM Comparing CAI and Enterprise Chatbot.
