How to attach a custom business process to a requirement in SAP Cloud ALM?

On behalf of a partner I'm wondering if any of you have had experience with this: Say, in your Fit-to-Standard workshop for SAP S/4HANA Cloud you had identified a delta requirement for a business process variant that SAP does not yet deliver. So, you'd have to design the process yourself. You find ways in Cloud ALM to create the custom business process (variant). Now you'd like to attach or link that custom process to the respective delta requirement. How might you do that?

andreas.muno : Thanks for the great question.

If you have a custom solution process created out of Process Authoring in SAP Cloud ALM for implementation, then please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation
  2. Make sure your Custom Business Process is available & published in Process Authoring
  3. Go to the app 'Requirements'
  4. Drop Down the filter for 'Solution Process ' - under which you will have 'Custom' and it will have the published custom business processes
  5. Select that and now you can 'Create' requirements as per your needs and so on for assignments/alerts etc.
