How to encrypt when multiple PGP keys are with same userID

Hi Experts,

There is a scenario where 2 different PGP public keys are saved in CPI with same userID.

For eg: 

UserID: SFTP Key     KeyId: 123456

UserID: SFTP Key     KeyId: 112233

How can I differentiate PGP key, and also can I use KeyID in CPI flow to Encrypt a message?

any suggestions would really helpful.
