How to Move translated texts (maintained in SE63) to another client?

In Short : SE63 text ( Short text > Meta > TABL) in maintained in client 100, but not reflecting in client 200 Fiori launchpad. Even after trying SCC1.

Hi Everyone!

To translate the title of the fiori launchpad tile, we followed steps from article mentioned in SAP note: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2492866

The SE63 changes are done in client 100. and they are reflecting in fiori launchpad too.

locked the changes in a TR using SLXT.

In order to move these changes to Client 200, we tried SCC1. but it did not reflect in Fiori launchpad tiles.

when checked in SE63 tcode in client 200 we noticed the Translations are available in line num 3.

As per my understanding, we need to click on "create proposal button" to make that translation reflect in Line num 2( and then it might reflect in Fiori launchpad.) but that will be manual activity. we need to move all changes via Transport request. so cannot do this change manually. Is there any other way to do it?? via any Transaction or program??

So the issue was resolved by using tcode STMS.
by following these steps
