Issue While Redefining BW Query in B4Hana in SEGW

I have created a Bex query with multiple Parameters input . When I try to create Service from transcation SEGW its giving me an error Could not retrieve the Model Name 'XXXXX' and Version '0001'

Previously same issue was raised by Juhi Bhatnagar

- but the answer was not cleared- it mention that masterdata to be maintain - Can someone please explain more in detail how to resolve the issue in Bex or in Odata (SEGW) or what does mean by maintain masterdata

Please help by providing some inputs.
