IW41 - Change Default Cursor Field

We recently upgraded out system to 7.4 SP11 and HANA.

Transaction IW41 : PM Order

Prior to our upgrade, the field "Actual Work" was the default cursor field.  Since the upgrade the field defaults to the first available field, Work Center.

I have check for customization and possible screen enhancements and no where can I find a way to modify this behavior.

So, my question is, can it be modified and if so, how?

Hello Justin,

I do not think this is possible without direct handling of standard program SAPLCORU (screen 3200). Means you may have to modify the program through access key. There might be no other ways.

Thank you, I did check for implicit enhancement points in the screen processing, however there are not to be had.

I was already thinking the same as you, that it would come down to modifying the standard program.  In which case, it will close the issue, as it will not be allowed.

Thought I'd ask the question, in the outside chance someone else has been down this road.

Check with SPAU if some modification was lost in upgrade (on some 7.01 and 7.31 version 'work center', not 'actual work', is the first input and default cursor zone, and that is the default behavior when no code change it as a SET CURSOR)

Hint: Else look at the PBO module to find a form where you could add a SET CURSOR (once only) e.g. form dynp_cua_pbo in program SAPLCORU.

Thank you Raymond.

I did look at the PBO for an enhancement spot and found none.  Modifying the standard code is not an option for us for this issue.

It is working as designed...
