We were just upgraded to S4 on January 1st this year. When we tried to post invoices with SAP function module BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE, sometimes we got the expense exceeded the budget errors. My question is that why sometimes we got the "overall budget exceeded" error and sometimes we got the "annual budget exceeded" errors. What attributes make S4 to check the expense against the overall budget instead of annual budget? Is there a flag in the imported parameters of BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE can make S4 to check the expense against the annual budget instead of overall budget? Thank you in advance for your help!
