PB12.5 Target creation issue

Hi,

I am using powerbuilder 12.5 classic version ,after creating a workspace when i goto New-Target-Application and doubleclick no further screen has come.Could some one can help the reason.

Hi;

   Is this a brand new PB installation or did this problem just start happening on a previously working IDE?

  Also, what exact version & build of PB & MS-Windows are you using?
