WD to SAP Int. Error. Emp is existing in WD but not interfaces to SAP, so trying to manual hire in pA40 but getting below error Please assist on below error

Diagnosis

System Response
The system does not allow you to edit the person.
Procedure
Wait until user Service ID S_XI_PXxxxx has finished editing the person.
