Personas 3.0 Language Login

How can I add language option on the #Personas login on browse

That prompt is related to accessing a certain URL and provided by the browser, not Personas. I don't think there is a way to influence how it'll look, so you cannot add the client or other input fields to it, at least not as part of the Personas product.

Once you provided the required credentials, you will arrive to the logon screen with input fields for the client, language etc. (or in case of SSO, logged on to the target system).
