Problem with TenantID in IoT Application Enablement

Hello,

I'm getting this error message in the IoT Application Enablement while sending data from my raspberry to the IoT Service Cockpit:

FAILED_AT_TSS

Failed to insert to timeseries store. Tenant <ourTenantID> Not found

The TenantID should be correct (though it has dashes instead of underscores), any ideas?

I suggest you open a ticket on component bc-neo-iot-svc and check, that they have the correct tenant id registered to feed from your iot service instance to your iot ae tenant.
