Purchase as an individual option is not available

Im trying to follow the steps to enable free-tier BTP account, I have an account in SAP Store associated with my corporate email address. In the step 3 I was asked to select "Purchase as an individual" after selecting a pricing plan, however, when clicking, it says that the solution is not yet available and asks to provide details to inform later about the availability. Could you help me to understand if there is something I am doing wrong?

Hello,you must not be using a corporate email address. You should set up your BTP Free Tier subscription with your own private email address....I hope that helps;
