"Gateway Timeout" error when exporting web screen recording from IRPA

Hi All,

Does anyone encounter below error when exporting your web screen recording?

Only 4 or 5 screens and total 9 steps in the recording. Is this too much in a recording?

Any suggestion would be very appreciated!

Yes, it's still happening.

As you said 4 screens with 9 steps is ok then I don't know why I keep encountering "Gateway Timeout" problem.

I am taking another approach now with only capturing screens, declare elements after export success and develop automation steps manually.

There was a down time few days ago. Not sure if u had tried at the same time.
