Archival of old data in Solman(DB-Sybase / SLES)

Hi,
We are SOLMAN on Sybase 16.0.2 on SLES 
We want to archive old data to deal with recurring sizing issue
old data like Charm, basically usagae are - ChaRm, EWA, and ITSM
apart from this even we can archive other data as well

Regarding the requirement "archive old data (like Charm) to deal with recurring sizing issue", from the Charm perspective, could you please check the KBA 2829393?
