BAPI in unmanaged scenario (RESTFul Application Programming - RAP)

Hi,

We developed an OData Service that creates contract (ME31K). We used RAP FWK in an unmanaged scenario. To create the contract we call a BAPI (BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE) which is doing a CALL DIALOG statement therefore it dumps as this statement is not allowed in RAP.

Could you advice how to proceed ? In the meantime we have wrapped the BAPI call in a function module that we call in DESTINATION 'NONE' but it's only a workaround... at least we hope it is 🙂

I have a hunch it's not the BAPI but custom code in some userexit, did you check that?

Yes it's doesn't seems to come from custom code but standard SAP code...
