Is there a tcode where we can see the time users spend in SAP?
For example, user x spent 20 minutes in SAP today.

1. You can use the transaction code ST03 to find the user IDs executed list of transactions in the SAP system.
2. To see the duration of login details you may have to enable the auditing log in SAP, refer to the SAP link
