Blank page when accessing Fiori applications on BTP

Hello.
We are having a problem accessing Fiori's apps that were 'exposed' in a BTP workzone.   

It happens when accessing any application. It doesn't show any error messages, just the screen is blank.

All "identity provider" and "content federation" settings have already been reviewed.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

any error in network tab? seems you are not able to load the ui from onpremise.
