If it's private cloud, it's the same way as S/4HANA on premises or ECC. What did you try? What is your issue?

I want to create a brf+ application in cloud. I'm quite new to brf+ topic. I couldn't find any relatable blogs for brf+ application in cloud. share any documents regarding that.
