Can we offer solutions to multiple customers with BTP service?

Hello users,

Is it possible that our company purchases SAP BTP service license (e.g. subscription model) and then develop apps, solutions on it and then sell them to multiple customers?

Dear Hank,

If you are a PE Build partner, it is definitely possible to develop a multi-tenancy SaaS application on the SAP BTP and sell it to multiple customers. You will need to publish the solution in the SAP Store as a first step, and once you have your first customer, you can order the productive Global Account and required BTP services as a subscription. All new customers will then be added as sub-accounts. So the PE Build partnership and having your app in the SAP Store are two requirements for using this GTM model.

As a PE Build partner, there are plenty of free services you can use to help you with the realization of your use cases, for example:

If your company is not already an SAP Partner, you can start your partner journey with SAP by applying for SAP PartnerEdge Open Ecosystem - Build program. When your solution is ready for market, you can upgrade your partnership to SAP PartnerEdge Build and deliver it to multiple customers. Commercial options are available to package SAP technology with your solution, like when you are delivering a service on subscription. You may also deliver your solution to run on SAP Technology subscribed by the customer. The benefits you receive along this journey is captured in one slide here.
