Dear all,
we have the following situation
SAP Support told us to follow note https://me.sap.com/notes/3070306 to resolve this.
However, when reading the note and further https://support.sap.com/en/my-support/help-support-applications/processes.html?anchorId=section_1127... one could come to the conclusion, that after the setup, the parent company would be able to see (manage) all systems of subsidiary (which is ok) but the subsidiary will be able to see (manage?) all systems of the parent company, too, which is not wanted.
Do I missinterpret this? Especially is the S-User that one would assign to Cloud ALM then an S-User of the parent that specifically is granted access only to ABC and XYZ?
Many thanks and kind regards
Jens
Hi Jens,
Your interpretation is correct. With the CCC S-User, you can define for which subsidiaries you want to import the cloud tenants in the same SAP Cloud ALM. Once they are in the SAP Cloud ALMs Landscape Management, everybody who has access to this SAP Cloud ALM and Landscape Management can see all imported tenants. Depending on the roles given, they can also manage them.
As of now, we do not have authorizations that restrict the visibility or manageability on system or subsidiary level.
Thanks!
Andrea
