Hi there,
I have a SuccessFactors Extension Application deployed in the Cloud Platform and am looking for ways to monitor this application and to receive notifications if the application is down or unreachable or whatever problems occur.
The first thing to do is to subscribe to the maintenance notifications list here.
Other than this I have several questions:
- What other tools can I use to monitor my applications in the cloud platform?
- Is there a possibility for the application to be with status "OK" but to not work properly and is there a way to find out, other than opening the application?
- Where is the start point for reading the information on these topics?
