CPI MIME Multipart Encoder

Hi

I am using MIME Mutipart Encoder to send attachment via HTTP adapter.

I checked link

when I select add Multipart Header inline

then what values can I add there?

help sap link give example (x-.*|myAdditionalHeader),

but where we can define header start with x* and with name myaddiionalHeader?

Can anyone help me to understand this?
