Custom Recipient Determination - Enhancement not visible in Workflow Rule

Hi,

I followed the below blog to create a custom recipient for "Account". Meta Object - COD_CUSTOMER.

Activated the solution and deployed the business configuration. Still not visible.

What could be the reason? Any response would be appreciated.

Dear Krishna,

Could you please ensure your custom solution is Enable/scoped In the tenant for the functionality to show in the UI.

Please enable and re-activate the solution > Deploy Business Configuration and recheck this scenario, if still same issue then you can raise an incident with the details requested in the Blog .

Hi Deepty,

Deleted the enhancement and created a new one. Now it's visible on the Workflow Rules.
