Hi,
Could someone share the document for creating Data Source and Service Selection for a fiori build.
I have searched but not getting an exact source.

you need to connect your backend system through the cloud connector with a destination to BTP. Once the destination is created you can select it when connecting to a system. Follow the steps described in this document https://help.sap.com/docs/bas/sap-business-application-studio/connecting-to-external-systems
