Disrupted screen after S4 2023 upgrade

Hello Experts,

Appreciate if you could help here. We recently upgraded to S4 2023.01 and started getting below distorted screen.  The HU verification field is moving upward.

In edit mode it allow me to change it to required size and position, after save it change back to same. I can see a extra doted thin orange box surrounding these 2 fields and I guess its some bug.

Appreciate if someone else too faced this issue and know how to fix it or any other work around. It will be big help.

In addition to Brian's suggestion, try removing the Undo History of the flavor and for good measure, also delete permanently any old versions save for the latest. I have seen this helping in some cases when the flavor was showing similar unexpected behavior after an upgrade.
