Dear Experts

Interested to know more about this - docker will be deprecated and to use Kaniko where possible. What would this mean in terms of the system configuration ? Will this be from a certain version onwards ?

https://help.sap.com/viewer/a8d90a56d61a49718ebcb5f65014bbe7/3.1.5/en-US/0b621cf6ed7b42f08c9a10108cb...

It also mentions that the setting of container registry, secrets etc for the SAP Data Intelligence on AZURE . The issue of pending graphs are found in our SAP Data Intelligence Cloud 3.1 version. Is this applicable for SAP DI on AWS. Are there any separate documentation for AWS?

Appreciate the help, Regards , Leena Gopinath

Hi Leena,

For DI on-premise deployments on AWS and Azure, Kaniko is already enabled by default by the hyperscalers. Also, both Docker and Kaniko are based on the OCI open containers specification, its just that over time- Kaniko is now better than Docker.
