there is a retention policy for the uploaded data (7 days per default, after that data gets deleted). It can be configured, though. Please check our Help Portal:
Customer data is not being used for retraining, unless the customer agrees to send feedback data to SAP for continuous improvement (see dataFeedbackCollection):
