Does SAP Build Process Automation Workflow allow emailing to Groups?

Hi SAP Community,

I'd like to know if there is any way in SAP Build Process Automation workflows to send emails to Groups instead of to explicit individual email addresses, as looks to be the case from the screenshot below:

This is a very significant limitation, and inconsistent with workflow approval forms that do allow tasks to be sent to Groups, as shown below:

Apart from handling this requirement by calling external services from an Action to send Group emails, I'd be interested to know how others are addressing this gap in the standard functionality?

Hi Dinu,

I am aware of the task/email flow. The requirement in this case was to send email notifications to the members of the Azure AD Groups that are used for task assignments in the workflow. Your suggestion about distribution lists provided the needed hint to investigate and find that AD security groups have the option to be email-enabled as distribution lists, which addressed the requirement.
