Dynamic list

Hi Guys,

Can someone please explain, why some users when open a report with that has a dynamic list cannot choose any value from the list but other users can click on the list and choose a value?

Both problematic user and good user have the same rights at the SQL DB and at the location where the report is saved to.

Report is created with Crystal report 2016 R2.

Hi,

The dynamic list of choose values , we call it list of values (LOV), is supported by the Business Views in Crystal reports (using CR server also). This means, that the report becames managed report - when you save it to the server - the server based on the authorization , especially in business views authorization. This is very well documented in the CR users guide and in the BI admintrators guide.
